7 Stars Zip Hoodie Big Tampa Bay Shit
The brand new â7 Starâ zip up hoodie features the 2001 branding on the front right side of the hoodie as well as the showcasing the star logo on the back. Since itâs grey gang all day this piece really stands out to me above other hoodie drops. I really dig the way the stars spell out 2001. The stars will reveal all.
Eyes to LipsEnter the 5th dimension
Anytime 2001 Odysey incorporates eyes into their pieces they kill it. The âEyes to Lipsâ tee comes in black and white color ways allowing for rockability with any fit. Who knows you might even see the black one on the âBonfire Podcastâ down the road. The piece fits very well with the entire theme of the collection, allowing you to rock a full 2001 fit if you layer it right.
The Devils In The Details
The 2001 Denim goes brazy. From the pockets to that 2001 button this is a definite statement piece. A lot of work goes into making these jeans and it definitely is showcased in the cuts as well as the detailed worked mentioned above. Been meaning to beef up my denim game lately and these jeans from 2001 are a great place to start.

2001 Odysey keeps topping themselves with each collection. Each piece continues the story of the brand as well as fits in the elements established. Canât wait for the next pop up at REACH and hopefully we can see some of these pieces making its way into the store very soon.

This Nordic Nomadic Chair could be essential for anyone on their journey. It would allow a safe space to camp out for a big but I am not sure if it would be a sustainable shelter. Possibly if you were able to make a canopy feature it could be the one.
GAZIGOGODA aka The Carry HomeBy Sejong University Students
The âCarry Homeâ set by Sejong University Students is a really dope concept but I am sure how practical it would be on a journey. You would have to some how combine all the bags into one possibly like a Russian Doll effect.
Hat Shelter
These Hat Shelters are a step in the right direction for sure. If they were made of a sturdy material one could just use these as shelter during harsh conditions while on your journey. Possibly if you could fold up the at whole not in use it would take up less space allowing to be carried day to day.
Selkbags
These Selkbags would be nice in harsh weather elements but I am not sure how practical they would in hot weather. If you are able to shed of the layers as well as add in a breath ability feature these could definitely be a step in the right direction. Also they would need to be available in grey.

I am not sure how useful this would be in harsh elements but if you could combine the breath ability of this design with the selkbags you might be on to something.
Nomadic Furniture 3.0
I just love the minimalistic design of this furniture. If one was able to disassemble this into something like the Nordic Nomadic chair it would be a dope resting spot for someone on the journey. If you made a slimmer design it could even be used as a shelter depending on the material.
One Square Meter house by Van Bo Le-Mentzel
The concept of this one is definitely in the right direction. If you are able to combine these One Square Meter Houses with possibly a sleeping bag function they could be a step in the right direction. I am not sure how sustainable it would be in harsh conditions.
Hideaways by Rosalie Monod de Froideville
If somehow you made the design of this into a rain jacket material I feel it would be more practical. This would be best used in cold weather elements allowing one to stay safe and warm while being out in the open.
Parasite Emergency Homes by Mike Reyes
These Parasite Emergency Homes would be a great problem solver to give someone shelter as well as make use for abandoned buildings. I am not sure how you would regulate who and when the shelters could be occupied but it is a good way to turn something out of nothing. Maybe they could be used until someone gets back on their feet or just used as a rest stop for the night while on the journey.

Sage brings the fire off rips with the intro track âGenesisâ. I love the dark atmospheric production, itâs the perfect pair for the dark lyrics Sage spits. One of my favorite lines on this one was âPut a toe on your tagâ for some reason that one just kept getting stuck in my head. A great way to start off the project.
Really dig the menacing piano on âHateful 8â. This track is a little less aggressive than the first but Sage is still talkin that shit. This track has potential to be the next anthem against haters. Sage went brazy with that âLemonade mix with my lean so simplyâ line. That pimp walk line went hard as well.
âGrease Monkeyâ is for all the ragers. That weird anime sound in the background of the beat is some next level shit. For me Sage sounds like heâs in a dystopian world or like something out of âGhost In The Shellâ. The $lugged out beat switch in the middle of the track was a nice touch adding in that Trill element to the already cloudy beat. The video for this joint brings it to another level so peep that for sure.
âJesse Owensâ slows things down a bit, showing the range Sage possesses. I really dig the theme of ârunnin it upâ connected with Jesse Owens. Again the cloudy atmospheric production is my vibe for sure. I really dug that whisper flow Sage used in the middle of the track.
âUsain Boltâ featuring Remyflows brings a different vibe to the project, more of a triumphant sound. The beat starts off slowly and then finally kicks it which was a really dope element of the track. The hook on this joint is a vibe incorporating so many sounds and vocals.
âMonica Lewinskyâ might be my favorite track on the project. From the spaced out cloudy beat to the various flow switch ups throughout the song this one of them ones. This one of them joints you just ride out 2. Would love to see this as the next video for the project.
âKlassicâ is on some other shit. From the way the beat goes up and down to the out of this world âSteppin on the beatâ hook from Sage. It kinda has that weird Island vibe but if the island was in space or the clouds.
The vocals on âPenny Hardawayâ are delivered very well and donât come off corny. Sageâs flow on this one is flawless, always switching up with the highs and lows off the beat. It was also dope how he flipped Haradaway. I enjoyed how Sage just let the beat ride out at the end of the track.
âFlorida Homeâ featuring Tokyo Blacc is on some big Florida shit. The ripples in the beat make it sound even more spaced out but itâs still mad hard hitting. Whenever the beat goes a little bit harder Sage is always able to match it with his flow and delivery. Tokyo Blacc also did his thing adding in double time flow to his verse. âOk Iâm reloaded!!!!â
âBlack Wall Streetâ is on that angelic shit. This beat sounds like Sage is surround by an all white light but heâs still in all black. I would definitely like to see what Sage would do over some NY Drill production.
The project ends with âSIâ which has a little bit more of a club vibe. This is just one of those feel good joints. Despite the darker tone of the project, it was a really dope choice to end out on a sunnier note. This that shit you just jam while your smokin on the beach with your shawty and homies. Mission complete.
âGenesisâ is one of my favorite projects of the year. This darker cloudier sound I feel is the necessary evolution of FLA Underground Hip Hop which as of late has been having a renaissance in the Tampa Bay Area due to artists like Sage.Canât wait to see whatâs next from the fox and the rest of the Darkaire family.
One of my favorite brands in the entire Tampa Bay Area is Fukk Em Worldwide brings us back to the early 2000s with their latest âBaby Fukkâ tee collection.

I really dig the take the brand did on the classic âBaby Miloâ design. My favorite part about each drop from Fukk Em is they are able to always change things up while still staying true on the core elements of the brand, like off rips you know itâs Fukk Em! I personally will be picking up the purple and grey color ways for when I wanna be on my Trill shit or rep the grey gang.

You canât go wrong with just a straight up white tee, so why not let people know itâs Fukk Em while your keepin it simple. This shirt was made 2 rock with a pair of white on whites.
Super Slimy
Red is always a vibe for me so I might have to pick this one up as well. I like the way âBaby Fukkâ looks on the red tee, allowing his yellow hair to stand out.
In My Mind
This is my favorite release from Fukk Em Worldwide 2 date. They constantly kill it with each drop but for some reason this 1 was super nostalgic for me.We definitely need 2 see some âBaby Fukkâ plushies drop after this release. Donât sleep on this drop yâall cause once they gone they are gone.

I am not to familiar with âRepent Miserableâ but that is the beauty of the Pop Ups REACH does putting the rest of the Tampa Bay Area on game. I hope Miserable has a few of those tour tees still available, those are a vibe. They just dropped some new Varsity Jackets that have some brazy details on them. I feel varsity jackets are mad underrated so I cant wait to peep in person.

âMuddy Loveâ comes in a size small featuring a mixture of Chocolate and Carmine Red. The hits of brown reference the mud while the red and pink hit straight to the heart. This one has a chocolate covered cherry vibe.

This mermaid inspired piece features the colors Magenta and Deep Purple. The white hits are reminiscent of mermaid scales bringing the whole theme of the piece together. Available in Medium.
Cotton Candy đ
This âCotton Candyâ piece in size XL is one of my favorites of the latest collection. Featuring the colors Turquoise and Raspberry. My favorite pieces are the ones that look like they have faces on them. At the lower left hand side it appears to be a KAWS esque face.
Lemon Zest đ đ¸
The pattern on this âLemon Zestâ piece is not like most dyed pieces I have seen. I really dig the mix of Lemon Yellow and Jet Black to create sort of a silver electric vibe. This piece is available in a size medium.
Sierra Mist 𼤠đ
I really love the crystallization effect on âSierra Mistâ. The Light Green and Medium Blue create almost an ice cube effect in the center. This piece is available in a size small.

This âSherbertâ piece might be my favorite of the whole collection. Combining three colors on this one piece, the colors Turquoise, Hot Pink, and Gold Yellow really come together to create something reminiscent to one of the lost underrated frozen desserts. Back at it with the three color technique, Hunt incorporated Brilliant Orange, Hot Pink, and Lemon Yellow to create the âOrange Creamsicleâ effect. I dig how the colors blend to create a white effect for the cream. This piece is now available in a 3XL

âMood Swingâ might be the first jacket piece featured from Hunt but itâs definitely a game changer. Turquoise, Hot Pink, and Jet Black come together to create a mind melter of a piece. The purple effect that appears at certain points is a dope color explosion. Now available in a size 2XL.

Bringing your song or brand to life from a visual aspect is crucial. One of my favorite directors in the Tampa Bay Area is Cmpser, who has been really making a name for himself shooting for the Bay Areas top artists like Drogotdoe, Deleteeglitch & Breezy Montclair.

Cmpser has incorporated his own tag that appears at the beginning of each of his videos. Now any time I see that fuzzy background accompanied by the line âI Hit up Cmpser, then Lights, Cameras, Action, Itâs All For The Love.â This might be my favorite tag in the game right now and is essential for all his videos going forward.
Taxi Driver Vibes
At first Cmpser would accompany some of his favorite tracks with visuals done by him, one of the earlier track featured some clips from âTaxi Driverâ. His visuals for the 38 hOt make the Florida night life feel Trill but also alive and breathing.

My favorite of Cmpserâs collaborators has to be Drogotdoe. They have countless videos together with my favorites being the Trill anthem âWestbrookâ featuring Richie Guapo & his latest effort âRipleyâ. I really dug the new fish eyed approach Cmpser took on the âRipleyâ video.

The glitched out visuals used on Vonzell Slyâs â5 Dollazâ & Breezy Montclairâs âWHAT U LUVâ fits both of their styles while still having a different feel for each artists sound. Itâs really dope how Cmpser can make the glitch effect feel slower like on the â5 Dollazâ video or almost real time like on Breezyâs video.

Cmpser can also hit you with just a straight up more personal vibe like on his video for Lil Fancyâs âKimboâ. The shots of Fancy just boolin at the crib and at the gas station fit the authentic vibe of Fancy himself as well as his content.

Cmpser has also worked very closely with Deleteeglitch, one of my favorite artists out of the 813. They have been teasing out a couple clips for the new âSun Turn 2 Iceâ video which is highly anticipated by the camp. Check out Deleteeglitch if you havenât the homie is pushing the sound forward.
Shout out Lil Scumbag
It seems like weekly Cmpser is dropping some dope visuals for one of my favorite artists in the scene. I am sure heâs got a couple joints lined up with Drogotdoe so im definitely hype to see those. Lil Scumbag has been teasing this really dope joint over the past few weeks that looks to have some insane visuals from Cmpser. I would personally like to see Cmpser maybe work with Johnny Adama or some other dope talent from the 727 side of things. Who knows you might even see something come out the Camp from Cmpser very soon. Itâs all for the love.
With his second project âSt.Creaturesburgâ almost at its 1 Year Anniversary, Young Mop & the TRiBE collective deliver a new style of ViBEZ on his self titled project âMopâ.

Taking a different approach sonically on this project from the previous mentioned âSt.Creaturesburgâ which featured a dark more FLA Underground ViBE, Mop starts the project off with the almost industrial âThe Cageâ. The beat sounds like an old school video game gun before the drums come in.
âAwakenedâ features some dope vocals from Mop on the chorus. But thatâs not to say Mop still isnât spitting on this one, from Henny to Samurais this ones got it all.
âSTiCKZ + STONEZâ is a dope little jam track. The hook and guitar have that out in the woods traveler ViBE to them. This one is definitely a feel good track and will get your mood and ViBE right after each listen.
âSupposed To Beâ is one of my favorite tracks on the project. I love the atmospheric âCloud Rapâ esque beat. Itâs like Iâm floating in the clouds with Mop & the rest of the TRiBE. I would really like to see what visual aspects Mop would bring to this track.
âSKiES ARE GREY, SKiES ARE BLUEâ has one of my favorite hooks and beats of the year. Although the track has a melancholic tone to it, it still meant to be uplifting, that despite shit not going right at the moment, better days are coming. Clay Frapwell, Mopâs brother was a dope addition to the track as well.
âLoveâ is a dope little track at about the mid way point in the project. It seems the project started out a bit more somber, with this track acting as the transition to the more up beat happier tracks.
The previous tracks put Mop in a darker space but âFiREFLYâ lightens up the mood of the album. Itâs tracks like this that really tie the album together. The Hi Hats on the beat give the track sort of a banger edge to it that gives the ride that ride out sort of ViBE.
âiNFRAREDâ was originally showcased in the TRiBE Bucket Hat video but now that we get the full version in the context of the album it is instantly one of my favorite joints off the project. I love the more Boom Bap approach with the sort of wonky production. We need a Boom Bap tape from Mop. I really dug all the old school rock references on Mopâs verse.
âDiAMOND iN the ROUGHâ featuring a very rare verse from Stoop Kid might be my favorite Mop song to date. From the Boom Bap piano sampled based production just fits both emcees to a tee. This is definitely one of those tracks you just light one and ViBE out with. Stoop Kidâs voice and delivery added some OG swagger to the track, putting us all on game.
The dreamy beat on âUNiTYâ sets the perfect backdrop for Mopâs hazy vocals as well as for his brother BTMVLE Jotta to always do what he does. I really dug the different flows Jotta used on just one verse. The semi slugged out beat allows the listener to beat everything Jot is droppin on us.
The project closes out with âThe Elemental Poemâ which is most definitely on a Whole Lotta TRiBE SHiT. From the melodic beat to the spoken word esque style Mop uses to drop his final message for this ViBE. Touching on all the elements Mop reflects not only on his journey but also the earths journey. This track almost feels like a reflection of the entire project. Just an incredible track.
The growth shown on this project is out of this world. Despite being more experimental than on his past projects I feel fans new and old will grow to love Mopâs new ViBE and share it with their TRiBE.

It wouldnât be a DroGotDoe track without a sports reference and this is one of my favorites. On the hook for âGo Roundâ Dro spits âFuckin this bitch got her like oh yeah , makin these plays just like Iâm Odellâ which will instantly get stuck in your head. Jit was jammin this track hard at work. I like the âMerry Go Roundâ addition to the hook from $krilla, a really dope touch.
âTalk Downâ is my favorite track on the project. The spaced out Trill piano production from Kushh Newton is so menacing, allowing Dro & $krilla to slide on the beat. So many lines on this one. I like when Dro says âIâve been gettin hoes since the 8th Gradeâ sick line. One of my favorite aspects of this track was how $krilla & Dro went verse for verse instead of one doing a verse and then the other doing thereâs. Droâs flow during the middle verse of the track is brazy. My favorite aspect of $krilla is how vividly he paints pictures with his words. You can actually picture everything he is spitting based on his delivery and confidence.
âDouble Upâ is a vibe for sure. $krilla starts off the track with one of my favorite hooks from the project, you know how we bumin. The beat from Kushh is a bit more slowed down, allowing the listener to take in everything Dro, $krilla, & Dessasore. Dessasore was a dope addition to the track, since is style is very different from Dro & $krilla.
âTalkin My Shitâ is a bit more faster paced beat from Kushh with a bit of Pierre Bourne influence but it makes this track sound a bit more wavy. Dro & $krilla both went brazy with the double time flow on this one. Again $krilla kills it with the imagery, especially on that âBAPEâ line.
âKeepThatShit100!â features production from SRRY, who sticks with the atmospheric production. The Timberland line from $krilla was really dope, and I messed with his hazy flow. Deezy Wee the Reaper was a solid addition to the track. All these songs have really dope and different structures to them, like this one having everyone do their own interpretations of the hook Deezy.
Kushh Newton closes out the project back on the production with âSchool Busâ. This one is on some nostalgic jit shit foreal. The beat has an early morning cartoon vibe to it like we are all about to get on the school bus and smoke a wood with Dro, $krilla, Deezy, & Kushh. Everyone floated on this beat.
This project is the best of both words, you get Dro, you get $krilla, and you get some amazing production from Kushh Newton & SRRY. This is some of the best production I have heard from Kushh, which is saying a lot. This is some of the Trillest music to ever come out of the Tampa Bay Area. Free $krilla!
Combining elements of FLA Hip Hop, Grime, and UK Drill, Lil UK creates a new sound on âOverdriveâ setting himself apart from the rest of the Tampa Bay Hip Hop scene.

The project kicks off âUKonsomeshitâ with Lil UK on his FLA Underground shit. He just rips this Ronny J esque beat with the booming bass. Perfect way to kick off the project, yes heâs Lil UK but heâs still on some Florida Shit.
âEndsâ is hands down one of my favorite tracks of all time. No one is doing Grime this well or even bringing the sound to the Tampa Bay Area. From the pronunciation of his lyrics to how he flows over the beats itâs straight Grime. Not sure who made this beat but itâs one of them ones for sure. The visuals from Dill35mm brings the track to life adding another element to the already iconic track. Donât miss the Grime.
âReflectingâ is a track I could see on a sports video game or something like that. Itâs a really dope track that shows Lil UK can hit ya with those melodic vocals when he wants.
âToo Much Roseâ is one of my favorite joints off the project. The hook as well as the floaty beat all bring us into UKâs world. His flow on the actual bars portion of the track is very obscure but fits with the beat and structure of the track.
âYesterdayâ is another standout track for me. I love the melancholic beat and flow from UK. The background vocals towards the end of the track where a nice touch adding to the atmospheric tone of the song.
âDonât Let My Energy Dieâ is one of my favorite joints to see UK perform live. He always starts this track lying on the floor until the crowd gives him their energy to continue on with the track. The beat reminds me of something that would be on the Kingdom Hearts soundtrack. Really dug the melodic vocals towards the middle and end of the track.
âFoot On Necksâ is a straight banger! Lil UK is in savage mode, especially when he speeds up his flow around the midway point of the first verse. I really messed with the energy of this track, canât wait to see him perform it live again.
âBirdmanâ ends out the project on some anthem shit. From the âBirdmanâ reference to the chant style hook this one was made to perform at shows, I could even see it as a closer to the show with the whole crowd yelling the hook.
Lil UK is one of my favorite artists out of the 813, definitely from a performance aspect during his live shows but also for the way he is able to incorporate so many styles and sounds while all making sense in his world. 727 def tap in with bro.
